WARNING:  Please read and and understand the safety
rules in the owner's manuals before operating any power
tool.  In addition to the safety guidelines
described in the owners manuals, we would like to draw
your attention to some dangers which may occur while
working with pneumatic tools, to guarantee a maximum
degree of safety in the work place.

							SAFETY |

							If high noise levels
occur, always use ear protection.  Always use
correct breathing protection if dust appears while
working.  Protective goggles should always be
worn to protect eyes from damage.  If
necessary, wear protective gloves for certain types
							of work.

						Never use pneumatic tools
						in an explosive atmosphere.

						After use or before
changing accessories, always disconnect the tool from
the air hose and release pressure.  Air hoses under
pressure may lash out when disconnected and could lead
						to injuries.

						Before using a pneumatic
tool, always check that all couplings, plugs and
						accessories are secure.

						Always keep a safe
distance between yourself and all moving parts.
Take care that jewelry, loose clothing, etc. do not
become entangled with any moving parts.

						Never exceed the maximum
pressures listed in the owner's manuals, as it leads to
rapid wear of the tool and can cause injuries to the
						operator.

						Never use incorrectly
specified accessories or accessories not designed for
						use with pneumatic tools.

						Use recommended guards and
ensure they are mounted securely and not damaged.

						Ensure accessories are the
correct fit for the tool and application.

						Strong vibrations may lead
to feelings of numbness.  Avoid long exposure to
						strong vibrations to avoid injury.

						Beware of run-on.  Do
not touch working end of tool until it is turned off and
						stopped completely.

						MAINTENANCE |

						Use dry, clean air.
Drain daily and install filter at or near the take-off
point to prevent trouble from foreign matter.

						Use air hose (the shorter
the better), joints and other fittings of good condition
and of proper size to avoid pressure drop.

						At least every three
months, regular or periodical overhaul by a competent
person is needed for best performance.

						Use only Eagle genuine
						parts for replacement.

						Apply recommended oil
before and after operation (for example SHELL TURBINE
OIL #32, MOBILE TURBINE OIL #32 or equivalent.)

						|   |

						Apply recommended high
quality grease (for example SHELL ALVANIA #2, SHELL
ALVANIAEP, MOBILEPLEX 2, MOBILPLEX 47 or equivalent) to
bearings once every three months or when tool is
overhauled.  Over greasing will cause dull motion
						or overheating.
