How Does A Pulse Tool Work?
Premier Pulse tools have a small chamber filled with hydraulic fluid. When the tool rotates on the fastener, the fluid builds up pressure, producing torque.
The fluid absorbs the torque reaction, noise and vibration for operator comfort.
Unlike impact wrenches, Premier Pulse tools produce a pre-set amount of torque. Once the tool reaches that torque, it will continue to pulse until the operator takes his or her finger off the trigger.
